Quest Healthcare Academy is affiliated with Loyalhanna Care Center (Latrobe, PA) and William Penn Care Center (Jeannette, PA). Our facilities offer tuition sponsorship in exchange for one year of work as a CNA, contingent on all program requirements being met.
Admission Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of admission.
Must possess at least a high school diploma or a General Educational Development certificate.
OR score 80% or higher on the Academy’s pre-entrance examination.
Must complete the health and screening process.
Physical examination stating the applicant is free of communicable disease.
Tuberculosis (TB) testing: completion of a 2-step Mantoux test or other qualifying TB test (QuantiFERON Gold, chest x-ray).
Drug testing.
Must provide or consent to the completion of a criminal background check.
